Twice a year, Brownstein Associates receive formal evaluations based on a detailed set of core competencies. Associates receive annual compensation reviews as well. Evaluations are completed by Shareholders and Senior Associates who work with the Associate, and are delivered in meetings that include a member of the Professional Development Committee and one or more department chairs.
Beyond a formal review, Associates receive ongoing feedback from the senior Associates and Shareholders with whom they work. Associates are also encouraged to solicit feedback from attorneys they are working with during and following a project in order to improve their skills and better serve clients.
