Overview

During the course of the summer program, there are multiple opportunities to receive evaluations and feedback. Each summer associate has two formal evaluations. Feedback is solicited by the Summer Associate Committee from every attorney who works with a summer associate on a project. This feedback is passed along to each summer associate and compiled for the formal evaluations.

Summer associates are required to meet weekly with their Associate mentor. At these meetings, the mentors convey feedback and guidance. Summer associates are also encouraged to solicit direct feedback during a project from the attorney with whom they are working.

Offers for full-time employment at Brownstein are extended to candidates from specific departments.
