| Adam is co-chair of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Corporate & Business Department. He also serves on the firm's Executive Committee.
Adam represents private and public companies, investment banks, private equity and venture capital funds, sponsors and entrepreneurs in a diverse set of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, debt and equity financings, leveraged and management buy-out transactions and corporate restructurings.
Adam has amassed significant experience representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies in matters relating to acquisitions, financings, mergers, recapitalizations and public offerings. Adam represents or has represented such notable private equity clients as Ares Management (Los Angeles), Kohlberg & Company (New York), KRG Capital Partners (Denver), Victory Park Capital (Chicago) and Clarion Capital Partners (New York). Adam also serves as outside general counsel to several start-up and lower middle market clients.
In addition to his work at Brownstein, Adam has served as an adjunct-law professor at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Adam is also involved with political campaigns and philanthropic endeavors throughout the United States.
Prior to attending law school, Adam worked in the mergers and acquisitions group of Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz in New York. |
