From hundred-million dollar construction disputes to preliminary injunction hearings, Adam has spent his career litigating complex business and construction disputes in state and federal courts throughout Nevada. Adam's complex business litigation practice includes everything from multi-day evidentiary hearings and arbitrations to intricate preliminary injunction hearings and extensive and decisive motion practice.
In his construction litigation practice, Adam works with local companies and global entities in the industry including: design and architectural experts, construction management and claims experts, leading construction dispute resolution attorneys and arbitrators as well as international construction law firms. Adam is accomplished at handling at all aspects of construction and design litigation claims whether it involves a local contractor, public entity or global company.
A respected leader in the Nevada legal community, Adam has consistently been recognized as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers and serves on both the State Advertising Advisory Committee and Diversity Committee for the State Bar of Nevada. Adam is also active in the community, providing pro bono counsel to Las Vegas non-profits like Golden Rainbow and is a 2010 Leadership Las Vegas Alumnus.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam was an associate at Jones Vargas in Las Vegas from 2005-2010. Before that he served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Jackie Glass of the Eighth Judicial District Court. |
