| Brian is an integral component of the firm's White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations Group. His practice focuses on white collar defense and securities enforcement. Brian has extensive experience defending companies and individuals in government investigations, conducting internal investigations, as well as in complex civil litigation.
Brian serves as a member of the firm's Pro Bono Committee.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Brian was an associate at Latham & Watkins in Washington, DC.
