Erin's practice focuses on all areas of intellectual property law, including the development, protection and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights and rights of publicity, both in the United States and internationally. She also serves on the firm’s Inclusiveness and Diversity Committee.

Erin advises clients in a wide variety of industries, including hospitality, gaming, fashion, entertainment, sports and recreation, and energy. She regularly prosecutes federal and international trademark applications, manages administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and recovers infringing Internet domain names through UDRP proceedings. Erin has also negotiated and drafted complex license, settlement and co-existence agreements, and provided intellectual property counsel in connection with major corporate transactions. In addition, she has assisted international recording artists in protecting and exploiting musical works and sound recordings through copyright registration, music publishing agreements, and record production and distribution agreements.

An advocate for animal rights, Erin works with several non-profit organizations devoted to animal rescue and rehabilitation, including Heaven Can Wait Animal Society and Angel City Pit Bulls. Prior to attending law school, Erin worked for Kirvin Doak Communications, the largest public relations firm in Las Vegas, where she assisted in developing and implementing public relations campaigns for some of the city's most high-profile brands including MGM Resorts International, Cirque du Soleil and the Nevada Cancer Institute.
