A mergers & acquisitions attorney, Gino represents a wide range of clients in corporate and securities law matters. He counsels both strategic and financial clients on all aspects of buy- and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions, including structuring, due diligence and negotiations. 

Gino represents clients in a variety of industries, including consumer products, software & technology, healthcare, cable & telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing.

In addition to his mergers & acquisitions practice, Gino advises clients on general corporate law and contractual matters. He also represents public companies and private entities in the issuance and sale of both debt and equity securities, and counsels clients on matters under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Gino was a partner at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP.
