Gregory Riches

Greg is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Department. His practice focuses on assisting and advising business entities and individuals in various corporate, commercial, intellectual property and entertainment transactions.

As a corporate attorney, Greg counsels clients with respect to corporate governance issues and various transactional matters and regularly serves as Nevada counsel to a wide array of public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, public offerings, private financings and other sophisticated transactions.

Greg also advises clients in the hospitality and gaming industries on a myriad of commercial matters involving air charter, gaming, liquor, marketing, sponsorship and entertainment issues. In his tenure with the firm, he has worked for extended periods of time in-house at the legal departments of Wynn Resorts and Caesars Entertainment.

In his entertainment practice, Greg advises clients on a broad range of matters, including film and television production, distribution and exhibition, modeling contracts, talent agreements, live entertainment and concert performances. He has extensive experience working with some of the most prominent nonprofit organizations in Southern Nevada, including Las Vegas Events, The Smith Center for the Performing Arts and the Liberace Foundation for the Performing and Creative Arts. Notably, Greg managed all production, talent and distribution agreements in connection with the opening night gala at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, which was broadcast nationally on PBS.

Prior to joining the firm, Greg was an associate in the Century City office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where he primarily represented film studios, production companies and cinema chains on corporate and entertainment transactions. Greg was also an in-house legal consultant and extern for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc.
