| Martha's practice focuses on commercial and complex litigation, primarily intellectual property, environmental, antitrust and telecommunications disputes. Martha has been involved in significant representations of a wide variety of commercial clients, ranging from small entrepreneurs to major corporations in Colorado, California, Nevada and a number of other states.
Prior to joining the firm, Martha was vice president and general counsel of Bison Sportlights, managing all litigation, regulatory and human resources matters. Martha began her career in private practice as a litigation associate for Sherman & Howard in Denver, with a concentration in telecommunications and environmental defense.
Martha also serves on the firm’s Inclusiveness and Diversity Committee.
