| Ms. Dunn is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and is a member of the Corporate & Business Department and the Securities & Corporate Finance Group.
Ms. Dunn’s experience includes representing NYSE and NYSE-Amex listed companies in U.S. and international equity offerings and registered tender offers. She has represented U.S. and foreign public companies in all aspects of registration and reporting under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Ms. Dunn also advises clients in mergers and acquisitions and counsels on corporate governance, organizational matters and stock exchange compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dunn was an associate at Hogan & Hartson in Denver. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Dunn served as Director and Senior Vice President of Great Divide Brewing Company from 1994-2005.
