The Brownstein Advantage
- Familiarity with all parts of the process. Our attorneys understand real estate development, hospitality and gaming issues from a legal, business and regulatory perspective. We have worked with government agencies, lenders, borrowers, developers and environmental groups. We understand all the various concerns, and we use that knowledge to achieve the best possible results for your project.
- Big deal management. When a large transaction requires several groups of attorneys working on related issues, we can assemble teams of local counsel and quarterback regulatory and business efforts. Few other firms, if any, can build such cogent multidisciplinary teams to handle all facets of a major hospitality matter.
- Investment fund experience. Our group has significant experience representing investment funds, private equity funds and other interests in hotel and resort acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development and management. We use this experience to help you structure your transactions for the most advantageous conclusion.
- Prioritization of client interests. Ultimately, our goal is to position you for the best outcome for your business. As such, we take the time to understand your needs, challenges and goals. Our solutions prioritize your interests and help you achieve your long-term objectives.
