Brownstein promotes cross-department cooperation, and sometimes that means encouraging attorneys from different practice areas within the firm to get to know each other by kicking a ball. In July 2014, the firm hosted an inter-departmental kickball tournament at City Park in Denver. The Corporate Department took home the trophy, but all the teams had some fun in the sun getting to know their coworkers and coworkers’ families.
