Christine Samsel, a shareholder at the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, has been appointed to the Colorado Women’s Bar Association Board of Directors. She will serve as co-chair of the Programs Committee, executing various programs and events, including Continuing Legal Education offerings and an annual winter holiday event.
The largest specialty bar association in Colorado, the Colorado Women’s Bar Association (CWBA) was founded in 1978 with a mission of protecting and promoting the welfare of all women in Colorado and advancing women as leaders in the law. As an organization, the CWBA sponsors networking events, professional education opportunities and community-focused projects in which women lawyers of all levels of experience can participate. The CWBA works to promote equality in the legal profession, guide legislation related to women and children, and provide educational tools, among other goals.
