The Denver Business Journal ranked Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck No. 9 in its 2017 Best Places to Work category for companies with more than 100 employees.
The award recognizes companies in the Denver area that provide the top workplace environments and excel at team engagement.
Employees of the nominated companies were asked to complete workplace engagement surveys focusing on 10 key engagement categories including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. In order to gather statistically sound results, companies had to reach a minimum level of employee participation, based on total number of employees, to be eligible to be named a finalist.
