Rothgery, Katrin M.

Drawing on her background as a litigator and specializing in attorney ethics, Kati Rothgery offers in-depth counsel to members of the firm in the areas of conflicts and ethical compliance.

Her wealth of experience with clients, witnesses, attorneys and members of the legal community has allowed Kati to become a frequent speaker at the local, state, and national levels on a variety of ethics-related topics.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Kati served as Assistant Regulation Counsel, with the Colorado Supreme Court’s Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, where she handled all aspects of investigations into lawyers’ compliance with the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct and prosecuted lawyers in disciplinary matters.  Kati previously worked as an associate attorney at a large regional firm where she practiced employment law and complex commercial litigation.
