Lindsey A. Williams

A proactive strategist, Lindsey Williams advises clients in acquiring, protecting and enforcing intellectual property assets including trademarks, domain names, copyrights and rights of publicity. She focuses on large-scale trademark portfolio management for clients in the gaming, hospitality and entertainment industries. Lindsey also has developed a niche practice advising clients on online and social media advertising compliance strategies, including the development of promotional contests and sweepstakes. An avid poker player, Lindsey brings an intuitive grasp of gaming law and knowledge of Nevada’s legal structures to her practice.

Lindsey manages some of the largest trademark portfolios in Southern Nevada and regularly provides counsel in the development and clearance of new brands. She has successfully prosecuted hundreds of domestic and foreign trademark applications and regularly represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Lindsey has served as IP counsel in multimillion-dollar corporate transactions, guiding clients in drafting, structuring and negotiating various IP-related and other commercial agreements and specializing in providing IP counsel in large, complex commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
