With a background in lending as well as extensive experience in the real estate sector, Kathy Golden assists the firm’s Real Estate Department in document preparation, title and survey review and structuring objection/comment letters, among other things.
Kathy has worked in the legal field for more than 25 years, building on an education in engineering. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a real estate paralegal at four other law firms in three states, at Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Division and as lead paralegal/supervisor at CoBank’s Regional Agribusiness Banking Group in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
