Background

Polly Chesson supports attorneys in the firm’s Litigation Department in every aspect of case management during the litigation process, from commencement of a lawsuit, through the discovery and motions practice stages, to trial preparation, presentation and attendance at trial.

Polly brings more than 20 years of experience to her work, including a background of cases in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels, including the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as with government agencies and arbitration. Her experience includes complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, employment, energy, environment, political law and securities litigation.
