The Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of health care experience to join our health care group.
Ideal candidates will have significant experience representing health care providers in state and federal regulatory and compliance matters, including fraud and abuse (Stark, Anti-Kickback, Civil Monetary Penalties), privacy, licensure, reimbursement, and operations. Experience with transactional matters in the health care industry is also a plus.
Excellent academic credentials and the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form are required. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
