Health Care Associate

The Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking an associate with 1 – 3 years of experience to join our health care group.

Ideal candidates will have graduated with a health law certificate, will have experience working in health care law, and have a demonstrated strong interest in focusing their practice on representing health care industry clients.  The successful candidate will work on all aspects of health care law, including state and federal regulatory requirements, fraud and abuse laws (Stark, Anti-Kickback, Civil Monetary Penalties), privacy, licensure and reimbursement, and operational matters. Experience with health care transactional matters is also a plus.

Excellent academic credentials and the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form are required. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
