Marketing Systems and Data Specialist

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, a Denver based law firm of 275 attorneys and policy professionals, is seeking a Marketing Systems and Data Specialist to join its marketing team.  This role ensures data quality through managing all of the marketing technology that the firm utilizes, most specifically the customer relationship management (CRM) system. 

The primary responsibilities for the Marketing Systems and Data Specialist follow:

  • Manage and maintain the marketing technology stack which currently consists of its CRM, email and content management systems
  • Liaise with vendors relating to marketing technology
  • Create and maintain the standards and process guidelines for all marketing technology systems
  • Maintain and administer client and other contact data in the CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with the firm’s IT department on all marketing technology
  • Lead special projects related to data quality and management, marketing technology operations, system infrastructures and integration with other systems
  • Monitor data quality within all systems to ensure the data is current, accurate and complete 
  • Track performance and metrics related to email marketing campaigns and events
  • Provide technical training on the department’s marketing technology systems
  • Provide additional training and in person support to administrative support staff and attorneys as needed
  • Assist with announcements and mailings as needed

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • 5-7 years of CRM and marketing technology experience
  • Prior marketing and business development experience
  • Prior CRM implementation and maintenance (Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus)
  • Experience in back-end website management system
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
