Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is currently seeking an Office Services Specialist to join our fast paced law firm to work from 10:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday. The responsibilities for this position include the following: delivering and sorting mail, working on large copy projects, setting up internal conference rooms, stocking kitchens and conference rooms, running errands and miscellaneous help as needed throughout the law firm.
The right candidate will have an ability to adapt to a variety of situations and responsibilities, in addition to possessing the ability to multi-task under pressure while continuing to deliver excellent customer service. We are seeking someone who has worked within an office services environment and has a customer service background.
