Political and Regulatory Law Associate

The Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience to join its Political and Regulatory Law Group, which includes seasoned attorneys and policy professionals who have served as legal counsel to presidential and congressional campaigns, attorneys for government agencies and elected officials, criminal attorneys in the U.S. Department of Justice, and political staffers and strategists.


Candidates should have a proven track record in legal research and writing, including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda and discovery requests. Trial experience and experience with campaign finance law, election law and/or public law matters preferred. Excellent academic performance, strong verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment required.
