Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Lara Day, its chief culture & communications officer, joined Clothes to Kids of Denver’s board of directors. Clothes to Kids of Denver provides free school clothing to preschool-12th grade students from low-income or in-crisis families in a warm, welcoming store-like setting.
As part of her two-year term, Day will use her communications and marketing background to help promote the organization's mission and strategic goals as it begins its next decade of helping children.
“I am passionate about Clothes to Kids and its mission,” Day said. “My husband and I have two young boys and understand the impact clothing has on kids and how it can help make them more confident and more likely to have the self-esteem necessary to succeed in school.”
