Brownstein Employees “Light the Night” for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

October 05, 2018

A team from Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office, family members and friends joined together to participate in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night Walk in Denver on Thursday, September 27.

Light The Night is a community celebration of music, entertainment and camaraderie among friends, family and co-workers gathering for an inspirational evening walk around Washington Park, with participants carrying illuminated lanterns in honor, memory and support of those dealing with this disease.

The event offers an opportunity to bring light to the darkness of cancer by raising awareness and funds for an organization that works to find cures for this devastating disease. Team Brownstein raised more than $7,500 to support this important cause.

Shareholder Tal Diamant serves on the board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Rocky Mountain and Shareholder David Curfman will be joining the board this fall.

Throughout the year, Brownstein organizes Karma volunteer projects so employees and clients as well as their family and friends can give back to the communities in which they live and work. For the firm’s 50th anniversary, Brownstein plans to complete 50 Karma Projects in 2018.
