Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Jesse Sutz, an associate in the firm’s Denver office, was recently elected to the board of directors of Earth Force, a nonprofit organization that engages young people as active citizens who improve the environment and their communities through STEM knowledge, civic skills and environmental motivation.
During his three-term, Jesse will help act as a decision maker on all matters concerning Earth Force’s board in addition to strategic planning for the organization.
He chose to become involved with Earth Force because of his interest in environmental science and activism.
“Earth Force has a six-step program that is meant to serve as a tool to enable kids to first think critically about an environmental issue, to conceive a solution and to engage in civic action to achieve that solution,” he said. “I think it’s smart and noble that Earth Force encourages free-thought and problem-solving through the lens of environmental activism.”
