Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck Shareholder Mike King moderated a discussion on the future of health care under the Trump administration. With health care costs representing 18 percent of the U.S. economy, President Trump has promised to repeal the Affordable Care Act – raising the stakes for health care higher than ever. The panel covered issues of contention in the roll out of “repeal and replace”, such as fee structuring, Medicaid and Accountable Care Organizations. Speakers included the Brownstein Policy Director Cate McCanless and Strategic Advisor Barry Jackson along with Quadriga Managing Partner Jason Ficken and Denver Public Health Director Dr. William Burman.
