Brownstein Adds Shareholder Kayla Dreyer to Denver Office

May 10, 2022

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck welcomes Kayla Dreyer to its Denver office as a shareholder. Dreyer will join the firm’s Litigation Department.

“Kayla’s litigation and non-compete experience will be a great addition to our employment and labor group here at Brownstein,” said Frank Flansburg, Brownstein’s Litigation Department chair. “We’re excited to have her join our expanding team.”

Dreyer focuses her commercial litigation practice on trade secrets, non-compete, non-solicit and employee mobility disputes, as well as traditional labor and employment issues involving alleged discrimination, wage and hour violations and retaliation. With a truly nationwide practice, Dreyer regularly litigates and represents clients in jurisdictions throughout the United States.

A highly adaptable, skilled litigator and advocate, Dreyer drafts and negotiates employment, non-competition, non-disclosure, non-solicitation and severance agreements relating to executives, medical and legal professionals and other high-wage earners as well as injunctions and temporary restraining orders against former employers who have misappropriated corporate trade secrets or were unlawfully competing against their former employers. She also has experience with arbitration involving the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Dreyer received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas-Pan American and her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
