Brownstein Adds Compliance Attorney Beth Beacham White to Washington, D.C., Office

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Beth Beacham White will join the firm as a shareholder in the Government Relations Department. She will be based in the Washington, D.C., office. 

“With nearly 25 years of experience, Beth guides corporations, lobbying firms, nonprofits and political candidates through the complexities of legal and regulatory requirements. Beth is a skilled political law compliance attorney, and her addition will help clients ensure that all policy advocacy efforts not only advance strategic goals but also adhere to the highest regulatory standards,” said Will Moschella, co-chair of Brownstein’s Government Relations Department. 

Beacham White calls upon her over two decades of experience to provide strategic political law counsel on a wide range of federal and state laws governing interactions with public officials and candidates, including federal and state campaign finance and election laws, federal and state ethics rules, lobbying disclosure and reporting, Foreign Agents Registration Act compliance and pay-to-play rules. She has guided industry leaders on compliance issues at all levels of the federal government and in all 50 states. Additionally, Beacham White delivers comprehensive legal services to 501(c)(3) public charities and private foundations, 501(c)(4) and 501(c)(6) entities.

Beacham White began her career in the public sector working for the Republican National Committee and then the National Republican Congressional Committee on issues including campaign finance and congressional ethics rules. She also worked in the executive branch with the Federal Election Commission and the Environmental Protection Agency, providing advice and assistance with agency matters relating to rulemaking, policy opinions and congressional oversight. 

Beacham White received her law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Emmanuel University.
