The law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Patsy Stadelman has joined the firm as a land use planner. Stadelman works in the firm’s Santa Barbara office.
A member of Brownstein’s land use and real estate groups, Stadelman works in all facets of residential and commercial development, including due diligence, project design, compliance and project management. She is a certified planner and member of the American Planning Association.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Stadelman worked for both Santa Barbara County and the City of Ventura, giving her a clear understanding of the region's complex land use policies and the entitlement process. Stadelman received a Master of Arts in geography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
