Jeff M. Knetsch, a shareholder at the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, was recently named to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Colorado Board of Directors and its executive committee. He also serves as the chair of Colorado ACLU’s legislative committee in addition to performing customary board duties.
The ACLU works daily in courts, legislatures and communities to defend and preserve the individual rights and liberties that the Constitution and laws of the United States guarantee to all citizens. The ACLU also works to extend rights to segments of the population that have traditionally been denied their rights, including people of color; women; lesbians, gay men, bisexuals and transgender people; prisoners; and people with disabilities.
