Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck Announces First Quarter Lobbying Revenue

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck reports a first quarter federal lobbying revenue of $5,235,000.

“We have experienced a steady increase in our public policy business during the past several years. Though we naturally see some fluctuations as a result of quarterly reporting, we expect another successful year for our lobbying practice,” said Al Mottur, managing partner of Brownstein’s Washington, D.C. office. “The slight reduction in our first quarter filing is attributable to a number of projects that reached conclusion, along with the uncertainty of a new congress.”

Additional federal lobbying numbers of note:
- 2010 Total lobbying revenue: $24,410,000
- 2010 Mid-Year lobbying revenue: $11,845,000
- 2010 First quarter lobbying revenue of $5,805,000
- 2009 Total lobbying revenue: $23,545,000

The numbers for the first quarter of 2011 were filed on April 20 as part of the quarterly filing requirements under the federal Lobbying Disclosure Act.
