Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck continues to grow its associate talent with the addition of Alexandra Fidler Metzl to its corporate and business department. Metzl has broad experience counseling private and public companies of various sizes in domestic and cross-border transactions in a diverse array of industries. Located in the firm's Denver office, her practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, growth and minority investments, corporate governance strategy, internal reorganizations and debt and equity financings.
Prior to joining the firm, Metzl was an associate in the corporate department of Kirkland & Ellis, LLP in New York. Metzl received her law degree in 2008 from New York University School of Law where she served as Articles Editor for the New York University School of Law Journal of Law and Business. She received her bachelor’s degree in modern American history from Brown University in 2004, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
