Chambers & Partners Names Frank Schreck as a Star Individual In 2013 Global Rankings

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Chambers & Partners has named Frank A. Schreck a “Star Individual” in its 2013 Global Rankings for his strong, successful record in both internet and land- based gaming. The ranking recognizes the breadth of his expertise and stated how he is the primary point of contact for several high profile clients and peers seeking advice on Nevada gaming laws. He was also recognized as a “Star Individual” in the Chambers & Partners 2012 USA Guide.

As shareholder at Brownstein, Schreck is chair of the firm’s gaming law group and a member of the corporate and business group. His nearly 40 years of experience includes personally representing premier public and private gaming companies as it relates to licensing matters and all other aspects of regulatory compliance. In addition to representing his clients’ gaming interests in Nevada, he also participates in international gaming-related matters in Japan, Macau, Puerto Rico, Spain and Great Britain. Schreck’s client list includes Apollo/TPG, Caesars Entertainment, Wynn Resorts, MGM Resorts International, Pinnacle Entertainment, Station Casinos, Digital Entertainment plc, William Hill plc, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, WMS Industries, Treasure Island Hotel and Casino, Churchill Downs, Oaktree Capital and Leonard Green.

He has served in leadership roles at the International Association of Gaming Attorneys, including president and chairman posts at the 4th International Association of Gaming Attorneys Conference in Vienna, Austria. Recent distinctions for Schreck include the Las Vegas Gaming Lawyer of the Year nod from Best Lawyers 2012 and he has received “Star Individual” designation in Chambers USA from 2005–2012.
