Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce the appointment of Bryce Beecher, who is of counsel in the Denver office, to Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board.
The board is responsible for regulation throughout Colorado of aerial tramways, surface lifts, tows, and conveyors for recreational purposes, predominantly including ski lifts. Beecher brings a knowledge of engineering and previous legal experience in resort real estate development to the position, experience he also applies in his work with Brownstein’s Real Estate Department. He will hold the Public Member seat and his term will last until June 30, 2018.
