Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce the promotion of Lara Day to Chief Culture & Communications Officer (CCCO) and Jamie Olberding to Director of Attorney Recruiting and Integration.
In this role, Day is responsible for evangelizing, cultivating and preserving Brownstein’s organizational culture, as well as driving all internal and external communications strategy.

As CCCO, Day will work closely with the firm’s leadership team to ensure Brownstein lives its culture in everything that it does. She will champion and support initiatives that refine Brownstein’s approach to hiring and retaining the best legal talent in the industry, as well as enhancing leadership development and excellent client service. Day will work to ensure the firm’s culture remains strong and consistent with its values resulting in even greater productivity, efficiency, collaboration and care. In addition, she will continue to shape the firm’s communications strategy. Public relations, internal communications, advertising and digital strategies will continue to be executed under her leadership.
Olberding will now be leading Brownstein’s onboarding and integration initiative in addition to her previous responsibilities that included the recruitment of attorneys and policy professionals in all 12 of the firm’s offices.
