Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Joshua A. Weiss was elected to serve on the Center for ReSource Conservation (CRC) board of directors beginning December 2016. He has considerable experience representing clients in state, federal and appellate courts in a comprehensive motion and pleading practice that has included drafting complaints, answers, dispositive motions, appellate briefs, motions to compel discovery and other litigation matters.
The Center for ReSource Conservation’s (CRC’s) goals are to tackle resource conservation issues in the community, to provide accessible and affordable conservation solutions, and to reduce the negative environmental impacts associated with non-sustainable practices.
