Jennifer Carleton and Pacifico S. Agnellini, both shareholders in Brownstein’s Gaming Group, join an elite corps of gaming law specialists contributing chapters to the 2017 Gaming Law Global Guides:
Published by legal analytics powerhouse Thomson Reuters, the Gaming Global Guide provides a high-level summary of the legislative framework of gambling regulation and serves as a starting point for understanding the regulatory framework of land-based and online gaming.
Carleton counsels clients on corporate and regulatory matters, focusing on the licensing aspects of deal structures and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and public finance. She has spent the last 19 years of her career in gaming, first as in-house counsel for a Native American casino and, for the last decade, as a Las Vegas based adviser to premier public and private gaming companies.
Agnellini concentrates his practice in all aspects of gaming law with an emphasis on licensing and operational regulatory compliance matters, as well as various types of commercial transactional matters. A pioneer in online gaming, he helped shape the future of Internet gaming nationally, and was highly involved in the regulatory process of legalizing Internet gaming in New Jersey.
