Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Hannah Caplan, an associate in the firm’s Denver office, was appointed to the Rose Andom Center Young Professionals Council.
The Young Professionals Council is intended to be a space for diverse young professionals to support the Rose Andom Center and its partner agencies through education, volunteer programs and fundraising to combat domestic violence and its effects. Hannah will work with and support the organization’s board of directors as a member of the membership committee by working to recruit, onboard and manage new members.
“This is a special cause to me because I have worked on several pro bono cases with Project Safeguard (which assists victims of abuse in obtaining civil protection orders from their abusers), which is one of the organizations housed in the Rose Andom Center,” she said. “I have seen the Center have a very profound effect on my pro bono clients, and have met my clients at the Center where it is convenient and comfortable for them. This is a great opportunity to fuse my pro bono legal work with my community involvement.”
