Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Don Kortz, of counsel in the firm’s Denver office, was selected to serve as chairman of the board for the Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center (JCC). The appointment was the result of collaboration between the firm, JCC and the Rose Community Foundation.
Founded in 1922, the JCC has carried on a mission to build a community based on Jewish values and inclusion and with a goal to celebrate the culture of community. Today, the JCC spreads that message through offering preschool, fitness programs, camping and outdoor activities and a long list of other community services.
“It is an organization that is very important to the functioning of both a coherent Jewish and non-Jewish community,” Kortz said.
