Stork, Kristin - Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck

Kristin Stork oversees the firm’s involvement in community organizations across the country and manages the firm’s charitable giving program. She assists attorneys in finding local community organizations to volunteer with that relate to their own personal passions and interests. She has extensive experience managing relationships and communications with nonprofits; developing and implementing successful strategic fundraising plans for individual, corporate end employee giving; managing all elements of fundraising and grant-making; managing high-profile corporate marketing and promotional event coordination; and directing community outreach programs.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristin served as Manager of Community Relations and Charities at The Denver Post, where she managed all aspects of fundraising and grant-making for the company's two charitable funds, which raised and distributed more than $3 million each year. She also managed all nonprofit relationships and community and employee volunteer programs. Prior to entering the field of corporate philanthropy, Kristin spent numerous years in marketing and public relations roles with several nonprofit organizations.
