With a strong background in the management of trademark and patent litigation support, Maggie Martinez manages the firm’s Intellectual Property group. She establishes quality control processes and successfully manages the workloads for attorneys and staff, improving efficiencies and serving as an advocate for the IP group. Maggie’s role also includes establishing and training attorneys and staff on firm policies and procedures.
Maggie’s extensive experience includes preparing trademark applications for clients worldwide, managing large analysis projects and conducting complex due diligence reviews on patent applications. She is also well versed in managing document productions, trial preparation and reviewing patent file histories for litigation support.
A native of Denver, Maggie earned her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
