With experience representing clients in a variety of distressed situations, Amalia Sax-Bolder guides a diverse set of clients in her bankruptcy and restructuring practice. She maintains an active Chapter 11 debtor practice and also represents lenders, purchasers, secured creditors, strategic investors and trustees in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies, receiverships and foreclosures. Amalia is a skilled litigator and frequently represents clients in adversary proceedings and arbitrations, relief from stay matters and property turnover disputes. In her transactional practice, Amalia provides structural advice to avoid or minimize the risks of bankruptcy in mergers and acquisitions, real estate and structured finance transactions.
