Bailey, Elaine N.

Elaine Bailey brings refined research and legal writing skills to her real estate practice at Brownstein.

Elaine was a summer associate for the firm before joining as a law clerk. Before Brownstein, Elaine was a law clerk for the Special Olympics, where she wrote memoranda, researched compliance guidelines and drafted consultant agreements and contracts as well as redrafted technical manuals for the World Games. She was also a student intern with the Department of Justice Commercial Litigation Branch in Washington, D.C., and a research fellow for the Campaign for Youth Justice, where she drafted a policy brief focused on Wisconsin. 

Representative Matters
  • Represented Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as to the real estate matters involved with securing a revolving and term credit facility for S&S Fuels.
