A member of the Real Estate Department, Elizabeth Bhappu Kudla brings a strong grasp of property rights and land use as they intersect with a variety of complex legal areas including multifaceted leasing and negotiation.
She also has experience with real estate purchase agreements and warranty deeds as well as a range of constitutional and property matters. Elizabeth was previously at a local firm in Denver and has experience representing wireless telecommunications companies in real estate leasing matters including survey assessments, lease negotiation, complex master agreements and titling, as well as representation before municipal zoning boards. Prior to that, she was an attorney for the Mountain States Legal Foundation, focusing on property rights involving water law, mineral law, constitutional law and Indian law.
While in law school, Elizabeth was a judicial intern for Judge Tamila Ipema of the Superior Court of San Deigo and a legal intern for the Department of Child Support Services for San Diego County. She also previously worked as a constituent advocate in the office of Rep. Mike Coffman.
