Jessica Burns centers her business and real estate practice on real property sales and acquisitions, easements and property development matters, and contracts for various needs, including commercial leasing, construction, entity formation and governance, financing, employment and licensing.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Jessica was an attorney at a Santa Barbara-based firm, where she represented sellers and lenders in a variety of high-dollar value transactions. She has previously served on the board of the Santa Barbara Barristers.
