Lance Arberry brings a unique combination of political insight and high-level transactional work to his corporate practice at Brownstein. His practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors, hospitality, and gaming clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Lance was a corporate associate in the New York City office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton, and Garrison LLP. Before he began practicing law, Lance gained valuable knowledge of public policy and the federal legislative process through internships with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), and Vice President Joseph R. Biden at the White House.
Lance is not currently licensed to practice in Nevada.
