Marcus Bird is an AV rated attorney whose practice focuses on commercial and real estate litigation. After law school he clerked for the Hon. Edward Rafeedie in the Central District of California. Drawing on 30 years of legal experience, he provides counsel to clients on their most challenging litigation matters. Marcus’s track record includes litigation successes through trial and appeal on complex business and real estate matters. 

Outside the courtroom, Marcus has been active in the local community. He served as president of the University Club of Santa Barbara and on the boards of directors of the Goleta Valley Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity of Southern Santa Barbara County, and the Santa Barbara County Bar Association.
