Patrick also has experience navigating complex and sensitive matters and transactions for his corporate clients, from distressed asset sales to partnership disputes and dissolutions.
Most recently, Patrick was at Partners Group, one of the largest publicly-listed private equity firms in the world, where he gained experience forming and structuring bespoke investment vehicles for institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and private investors.
