Jordan Cohen brings deep research, writing, and public speaking skills to his natural resources practice. His experience includes drafting legal memoranda on the Clean Water Act, CERCLA, Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.
Jordan previously worked as a summer associate at the firm and was part of one of two winning teams in the 2019 Anti-Defamation League Mountain States Summer Associate Research Program Memo Competition. While in law school, Jordan interned for the U. S. Department of the Interior’s Office of the Solicitor, where his work focused on various natural resources and Indian law issues. He was a student attorney for low-income clients facing eviction in Washington, D.C., and interned for the town attorney’s office in Jackson, Wyoming. Jordan also served as a staff editor on the Georgetown Law Technology Review.
