Cuff, Sean S.

Sean brings strong legal writing skills and a knack for deep dives into complex issues to his commercial litigation practice. 

Most recently, Sean was a judicial law clerk for Justice Robyn M. Brody of the Idaho Supreme Court. He also previously served as a judicial intern for Judge Kristen L. Mix of the U.S. District Court of Colorado, a summer law clerk in the Civil Litigation & Employment Section of the Colorado Attorney General’s Office and a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s office in Colorado. While working with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, Sean’s work included issues related toTitle VII discrimination and retaliation, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, and the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act. While in law school, Sean served as a production editor for the Denver Law Review and as a teaching assistant for legal writing, constitutional law, criminal law and contracts. Sean was also a member of DU’s national trial team and won a national mock trial competition with his teammates in 2019.
